Was invited for a bday party. Had fun jumping with the kiddos!! It was pretty full and crouded but even so we had space to move and jump around. They do have employees making sure everyone follows the rules. And I liked that they have age appropriate jumping spaces.
I've known about this place for awhile abd finally checked it out. The biggest plus was incredibly friendly front desk person. I seriously don't know the last time I encountered someone so outgoing and friendly. She made us feel welcome and even talked to my kids. We only encountered one other worker, and he was very friendly too. The cafe was great for an after jumping snack. Thanks for the great time.
My family had a good time here. Visited from 10am to 12pm on a Sunday. It was not crowded. I have been here in the past and it seems like they are making improvements. The trampolones are large and feel like they are in good condition. The men's room was large and clean. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the price. My 2 (under 7) boys and I cost nearly $50. Mom did not jump. That makes it a little tough to come very often. I went to a very similar place in Lubbock recently during "toddler time" and paid like $18 for the three of us.
Adults are forced to pay just to be able to sit in the foam pit area to observe a child 7 or under even if not jumping. Activities are way too segregated by age, my kids cannot even play together in the same area due to their ages. Ridiculous since I signed a waiver.
It was a good clean place that is great for kids. It wasn't busy at all when we went but we went on a Tuesday during school hours. My toddler loved it. Staff was ok, front desk person was nice but the person in the cafe was not as friendly.
