My wife enjoys the selection and the prices are not bad.
I am reviewing this place from the perspective of a husband who has to stand around for an hour while his wife shops for new clothes. There aren't many places to sit, which is a bummer. But the place is clean and the staff seem nice.
Maurices is my favorite store. I love that both my best friend and I can shop at this store! But I have never had bad service, until this location. The only time the staff even talked to me was when I first walked in the door. Usually when I'm carrying a couple of items to try in, an employee will ask if she can start a fitting room for me... at this location I was ignored. In fact, I was ignored until I was at the checkout. The service was so poor, my boyfriend even made a comment about it and he doesn't usually care about customer service.
When I was purchasing 250.00 worth of clothing the staff catered to me on so many levels. This is one thing I like about this clothing store. The 250.00 purchase was made on 11/20. On 12/3 I took back one item and the staff catered to me until someone who was purchasing walked through the door. At that point the lady who was helping me literally dropped everything to take care of them. In the end I got 19.70 back for a 40.00 sweater I never even put on. I love Maurice's and I have shopped there for years but time to go to a different location.
I love this store they help you shop and I always have to buy something because I love it so much
