I shipped my items on 3/11/17 they arrived 3/17/17 in this condition. I am appalled that my items were handled with such little care. I have been working on trying to get a claim for the past month and the store does not respond to me at all. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a UPS store. DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THIS STORE!
Poor customer Serivce. The guy was rude as hell. I only asked him if they have my package that didn't arrive because of the wrong address being typed in and he kept saying "there's nothing I can do without tracking number" like a robot. Don't hire disrespectful people that just want to get paid.
I do my international shipment through this store always, Everytime I have had a pleasant experience. My packages and important international documents gets on time. Very convenient and knowledgeable staffs.
Complete & total ripoff. I could have gone to the post office & spent a fraction of the price for the same length of time, and the post office would have been just fine. Lesson learned. Not going back.
Terrible customer service, specifically the older man. Took my business to different UPS store just to avoid the average experience there.
