Kirk Cochran and his team at Division One remodeled my kitchen. I then selected them to remodel my basement as well. My experiences on both projects were outstanding and the results are beautiful. First, I felt like they were true partners, listening to my ideas, helping to solve problems, paying attention to the timeline and meeting budget. We interviewed/solicited bids from six different contractors for construction of a custom home. After careful analysis and comparison of all bids, we selected Division One even though they were not the low bidder. The house was timely completed and on budget. We recently had our one- year warranty walk-through (that Kirk remembered and requested) and we couldn't be happier with our final product. People literally stop outside of our home and point to it and walk up to ask us questions on the project and give compliments on how beautiful it is. I can say that we are 100% satisfied with our gorgeous home.

We hired Division One Construction and Elevations Basements to complete our basement remodel in Stapleton. It was just over 900 SF finished and included a full bedroom, playrooom with built-in cabinets (that included additional egress window), family room, bathroom, card room with dry bar and large storage area.
They completed the work ontime, on budget and minimized the inconvenience. I am a general contractor myself and quite detail oriented, but I was exceptionally please with the quality of workmanship and level of customer service provided throughout the entire process.
Kirk and his team are solid builders. D1 Construction built a 3 car garage for us that is the envy of the neighborhood and did such a great job that we invited them back to renovate the entire first floor of our home. We added a new powder bath, back porch, 2 new staircases, fireplace, new doors and windows, skylights and an entirely new kitchen WHILE living in the home. They were respectful of our environment (even looking after the dog during the day) and were able to schedule work around us.
