Stopped in first thing when they opened to get 1 nail fixed, they said they’re acrylic lady wasn’t in til 9:15 (they open at 9:00). Told them ok, and asked if she was quick because I needed to get to work by 10. No response, told me to look at the color swatches. Sat there til 9:12 and was seated. The woman was really nice but was so slow. She asked if I was off I told her no, I needed to be to work by 10:00, looked over at the clock and it was already 9:25. I didn’t leave out of there til 9:46! I work 20 min away so ended up being late to work. It really shouldn’t have taken over 30. minutes to do 1 nail! I couldn’t imagine if I wanted a full set how long I’d be sitting there!! I only came because I did my research and they had the similar product that my usual nail tech has. Since my usual opens at 9:30, I wanted to get in and come into a place that opened at 9:00 to get to work on time. I should’ve just went to my usual! I probably wouldn’t have been late. The owner was extremely nice though!
Amazingly friendly staff and the services they provide are fantastic. They are friendly and attentive. They listen to what you have to say and they are very worth the wait. I highly recommend going here.
Used to be a great place now I'll never go back. I went here for about 8 months. I get acrylics with gel color on top. The men who work here are great. Everyone else does a poor job. After about 3 or 4 times they raised the price on me. The last two times I got my acrylics done my nails broke within days. I went in within 48 hours to get my nails touched up and I was told to come back another day, I came back the next day and they asked me to wait for 15 minutes for a couple minute touch up. Only go if you make an appointment with one of the two guys that work there.
There are massage chairs and the foot bowls and tools are all clean. I was given my emery board, etc. to take with me.
Very nice, clean place, close to Cherry Creek State Park where I am staying in an RV. They managed to work me into their schedule within 30 minutes when I called. The young man, Kit, did an excellent job on my pedicure. He was brisk and professional and paid attention to detail. If I lived here in Aurora I'd be a regular.
We went here to get acrylic nails and pedicure and I do have to admit it was one of the best pedicures that I ever had, and he was very professional not to mention he gave me the kit he used which means they are sanitary and my daughter seemed to like the nails except for the couple of times the girl accidently nicked her with the nail sander so our rating is like a 4......but the 2 rating was due to When we went home my daughter noticed her glasses missing so she called and they said they didn't see them, I physically went through the car and tore my living room apart looking for them and nothing....I went back up to the salon and still the same answer the salon was not busy when we were there nor was it busy when I went back, but her prescription glasses just disappeared out of then air.....I finally had to break down and spend money on another pair of glasses that were not cheap, so I was very unhappy that they seemed like they didn't even care about the glasses, I hate businesses that refuse to tell the truth.
