Wow - so impressed and grateful to everyone at the Colorado Passport Agency who helped us get a passport renewed on very short notice. Very professional and efficient - we could not be more grateful!
We had an absolute awesome experience here. These folks made the impossible, possible. We made a mistake and forgot to get a passport for one of our children and we didn't realize it until last minute. After some searching and phone calls we stumbled upon the place . We had a passport the same day and ended making our international flight the very next day. The staff was accommodating and very understanding.
This office is well organized, efficient, and the web site is very clear on the documentation you need. Security was efficient, the nice gentleman at the front door made sure we knew to have passport photos in hand. I had a two-day turn around for my expired passport!! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and handle non-English speaking customers that came with a translator very well. Kudos to this office!
This is for expedited passports, so be prepared to hand over an extra $60 on top of fees. If you don't need your passport right away, go through the Post Office procedure.
Hint on returning to North 83, it's a left at the FIRST stoplight, not the second stoplight under the bridge!!
Unbelievable service! I realized my passport was expired and I had an evening flight to Colombia the next day. I scheduled the earliest appointment available the next morning (8:30) and had a new passport by 1:30pm. Hands down the best experience I've had with any government organization! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helped me quickly and efficiently salvage my whole vacation. Thank you!!!!!
