After exiting a movie-showing room with my friend tonight, I looked to my right and left to find an exit - I tend to forget which theater I'm in after a 2 hour movie as I'm sure like most people experience. I was immediately approached by an older female police officer with blonde hair who rudely asked me, "Can I help you with something?" in a condescending tone. I replied that I was looking for an exit and thanked her. She looked at me skeptically and walked away.
This is a beautiful theater with spacious, soft and comfortable seating. The prices for the feature films are excellent, and the concession prices are well worth the sufficient amount of snacks that you'll receive. The theater is clean and accessible and is overall a wonderful experience to go see movies on the big screen.
I don't know about you but I come to the movies for entertainment, not to be profiled, as I assume she thought that I was looking for a movie to sneak into. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope management will inform the police that work here to not immediately assume the worst of people. It'd be nice if I could go to a movie without being profiled as a criminal.
The accommodations are good, theatres are clean and well maintained, staff are courteous, and the admissions are reasonably priced. However, drinks are outrageously pricey, as is food in general. Over $5 for a medium sized Coke? Come on.
The movies are cheap that is the main reason I will go. However tonight when I was trying to enjoy the movie IT showing at 9:05pm but people could not stop talking. A few guest complained but yet they still were not kicked out. It's sad you pay money to enjoy a date out that was much needed but couldn't enjoy the movie at all. I will not be watching movies here again since they can't show respect to paying customers obeying the rules of silence during a show by allowing the rude, loud and disrespectful people to stay. Nope. I'll find a different way to enjoy a new release at home in peace and quiet.
Great theater, rude police. I've been coming to this theater for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience besides occasional loud/disruptive audience members; the movie tickets are cheap and the seats are comfortable. Tonight was different.
Best ticket prices in town! Clean and well staffed. It is always a pleasure to go to this cinema. They serve Starbucks too! I'm sad that they switched out Dryers ice cream for gross looking gelato.
