I was there for drug testing and they were pretty fast. The lab person was very nice. The only thing I would change is the attitudes of the receptionists. I understand that they could get tiered of seating there and assisting people all day but they should treat everyone the same specially people of different language than English. Thanks
The one downside is the wait time, if you have an appointment at 10:00 I fell that you shouldn't be leaving that appointment at 12:30 . When it's just a recheck.
The doctors there are really good they take the time to listen and work hard to find a solution..
Staff was friendly. Just thought the cost of a physical exam was expensive. But very good location. They were pretty fast. Even though they were busy.
I'll have a talk with the dean to change our urgent care.
This was easily the worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional. Most of the staff I encountered were friendly and attentive however the doctor I was seen by "Glenn Petersen" was an absolute nightmare. After a long wait Glenn came in and one of the first things he told me is that next time I should call "1-800-Dont-Bother-Me". This caught me off guard, I had no idea what he was talking about. He informed me that next time I should look up preferred providers in my insurance network before coming. Apparently my visit was a waste of his time. I informed him I did just that and this was one of the recommended clinics. At this point he literally bent over got in my face and started yelling in my face about how he can't even get good insurance and he's been in the medical business for X many years. I tried to steer things back to the reason for my visit, I had burns on my hands. He made no attempt to even look at my hands, didn't engage me in any line of questioning trying to determine the best possible treatment or what my symptoms were. So I took it upon myself to start volunteering the information. I wasn't given any feedback on whether my concerns were justified or if I didn't need to worry about it. At the end of a very frustrating and unhelpful visit, he yelled some more about how his clinic is owned by an insurance company and he can't even get good insurance service. The guy was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. What a waste of time and money, Ill be pursuing a formal complaint, but for those of you who read google reviews, avoid "Glenn Petersen" if at all possible.
I only went there because my school sent me there for a blood test after a needle stick. On the first appointment it took them literally 3 hours to get a blood test. I went for the results, the physician assistant came in, and said you were here for needle stick, I said yes. he proceeded filling paper work and put the results on a sticky note with bad hand writing with no explination.. when i asked him if i was ok and the hiv and hep b nagative he looked at me like am crazy! And said YES. He got up and left the room while l was talking to him to do something!. he then came back and told me you need to come back in 3 and 6 months! And got up, open the door and walked out.. I walked out too without anyone talking to me or giving me printed results for the school or the doctor in the school! Him and a girl was standing in the hallway saw me looking for the exit but the ingnored me completely..
