I have been living at this location for more than 16 years. The lage packages have been left at the front door.
When standing in line waiting, try positive conversation with someone or smile.....
The supervisor (Pete) didn't seem like to be called. He was rude.
This is without a doubt the busiest place around! Usually only 1 or 2 employees there. (not their fault and NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT) The stress must be overwhelming, YET THEY STILL GREET EVERYONE WITH A SMILE!!!
However, the mail man stopped delivering/leaving the packages. I called and talked the supervisor (Pete). He said the package doesn't fit in the mail box so the mail man didn't leave/deliver it.
This new mail man doesn't know what he is doing. I filed a complain through the main post office rep. A few days later, the supervisor at this location, his name is Pete, called me. He said he will talk to the mail man and improve the service, and also said "Don't give up on us".
The employees here really want to make sure that you are happy. They deal with irate people and still keep positive for the most part. It's a tough job and they are doing a Great job!!
Our HOA is re-doing our mail box for the past 3 weeks. This location has done a wonderful job of holding our mail. Unlike other reviews, I did not had an excessive wait time and once I get to counter, they know where to get the mail and off I go. So far, this location is doing a great job.
If you know how busy it is here and it upsets you, drive somewhere else, please!
I started coming to this post office. The one I went to was Smoke Hill and it was madness there. This one is so easy to use, fast, great customer service. No one probably enjoy the errand of the post office but this location is really good and organized.
