The buyer had their loan representative and realtor in the closing with them. Redefy came out late and asked if we minded they were not there. I was taken aback they would even ask and we ended up closing the deal by ourselves.
We used Redefy to sell two homes one in Arvada and another in Lakewood. When other well known realtors in Arvada tried to get us to go with a much lower asking price, Redefy provided comps and recommended a price $50,000 higher than the other realtors we interviewed. One of the well known realtor's in Arvada who wanted us to list at a much lower price wound up being the buyer's agent on the sale and paying asking price. Between the higher selling prices and the realtor fees we came out well over $60,000 better with Redefy. You would be crazy not to look at Redefy and pay a flat fee! They were very impressive and knowledgeable and a great resource when complexities arose as they most certainly will during the process. Thank you so much Redefy and all the people who worked on our transactions. We will definitely use you in the future and already recommended you to many others and several have used you as well.

Don't see why you'd go anywhere else in this market. Save yourself 10 thousand or more when using these guys. Justin and Andy were great to work with and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
You get what you pay for. They wanted our house to appeal to investors and that was fine, but they did not explain that meant conventional loans only. So we were expecting 50+ viewings like our friend's realtor was telling her was typical. Nope. we had something like 13 viewings and 2 offers versus the typical bidding war everyone else was getting. We did not sell for as much as we may have been able to.
Best RE company hands down. Why would you save thousands. Do go with anyone but Redefy.
If you have your own buyers and just need paperwork processed, this is a good way to go, otherwise get a regular realtor.
