Relatively cheaper products
Not sure how they pick managers but this store has the worst. What really pissed me off is how absolute she was in her ignorance. If I purchase an item online at the sale price and want to come into the store to exchange for another size within 30 days per Charlotte Russe policy I have the right to do that. Did it happen, NOPE! The manager (I use that term loosely) told me she had to charge me the difference because the sale was online not in store... I had to tell her to go reread her company's policy. Smdh

. Had a horrible expierence today . "Manager " Lanessa was extremely rude and upset because her employee was trying to price override for me because she mistakenly told me the wrong price. Employee ( didn't catch her name , had Pink hair) was calm collected and apologized for her mangers behavior.
