The staff (Denise) at Red Carpet World Travel was very rude. A vacation is something you look forward to and are very excited about booking. When I attempted to contacted Darlene I was treated very rude by her staff member Denise. Denise is extremely rude and I want to make you aware of this and want you to consider using another company. The way she treated me via phone was very uncalled for. If I could give zero stars I would. Small business with no professional etiquette whatsoever.
Darlene and her staff helped us plan our destination wedding in the Dominican Republic. She helped not only book our trip but the travel details for 34 of our guests. Although there were a couple hiccups along the way we had an overall good experience with Darlene and Red Carpet World Travel.
