A great PetSmart... Good selection and prices. The grooming staff has always been wonderful to my dogs.
Big box of pets shops. The animals are normally cared for, and the staff is decent. Every once in a while I feel like they are protesting, like they will have one line 10 people long and not call an additional cashier. Or the place seems barren. Prices are good, and the salon looks popular. Nothing amazing or terrible. Oh yeah, watch your step in and out of the building.
I like this place but I love the pet hospital more, I take all 3 of my dogs to Banfield inside. There are two vets I absolutely love, it is a little more on the pricey side but I have all of my dogs on their pet insurance and it works out much better for me with their routine care even dental. I had 4 dogs and they have all gone there regularly up until the end for one of my pups. Sadly I don't really shop at Pet smart for much else I used to but they don't carry the food I buy so it's usually the occasional special treat after the vet or their seasonal plush pet that's $5. I have purchased Beta fish and they lasted a long time for my mom, but my mom got my dad a parakeet from this store and it's life span was shorter than the fish.
The people that work here are very helpful and informative. We had an issue with a hamster and they spent about 30 min talking with my kids about hamster safety and tips on how to get them to like you. I could not be more happy with the service they provided.
I shop here regularly for all my pet needs. They have pretty decent sale prices & I can usually find what I need. My dog loves coming here to pick out snacks or a new toy and always has to say hi to the adoptable kitties .
