I have been cycling for about one year now and I recently completed my first century ride. In the last year, Adventure Cycling’s Saturday morning group rides have been a great training resource for me. There were several rides where I was clearly the slowest rider in the group but no-one ever made me feel unwelcome. Adventure Cycling has cultivated a very supportive and helpful group of riders and I’m grateful for being able to ride with them on Saturday mornings. I’ve also received a ton of help and advice from Erik, first helping me dial in a professional bike fit, then offered nutrition advice, and finally spending several weeks demoing out about a half a dozen saddles before I finally found the perfect fit for my especially large rear end. In my recent century ride, my muscles were tested and my body was fatigued, but I can honestly say saddle comfort was not an issue at all. Without the demo program it would have cost me hundreds of dollars to try all of the saddles I went through before finding the right one. They mechanics at Adventure Cycling have also helped me very quickly a few times with small maintenance issues. I’m so glad there’s a shop like Adventure Cycling to help me out with my new obsession/hobby.
GREAT PLACE. SUPER NICE PEOPLE. I went there to rent a mountain bike for a few days for my son. I couldn't be happier with our experience. Called other bike shops / retailers looking for bike rentals / demos. They weren't near as nice. I'll be buying all of my future bikes from ADVENTURE CYCLING.
MUST READ!!! I would give this place 10 Stars if I could. Took my mountain bike to Treads close to our home in Parker and basically got ripped off on a tune up for $130. Extremely disappointed. Bike didn't look, ride or feel a whole lot better than prior to the service. Zero confidence in the work performed. As soon as I loaded my bike onto the car I headed straight for ADVENTURE CYCLING. I called them while on the way to let them know that I was heading over cause it was almost 6 pm which is when they close. Got there a little after 6 pm. I was greeted at the door by a young lady named Kendra who was extremely helpful. My son and I were led to the service area where we met the owner Erik. The welcome and immediate after hours service we received was unexpected and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! If you want HONEST, SUPER FRIENDLY, and TOP NOTCH service.......look no further. First time at Adventure Cycling and I'm just blown away at how awesome the service was. THIS PLACE IS GOING TO BE OUR ONLY STOP FOR ALL OUR FAMILY BIKE NEEDS GOING FORWARD. Get this, not only did they start working on my bike right away, but they also took my son's bike which we just bought from Target a week ago and tuned it up for free on the spot since those bikes aren't put together very well. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Thank you Erik & Team.
The greatest bike shop I have ever been to. They focus more on your happiness then their own profit. And a great helpful staff. I would give it 6 stars if possible. Ignore every bad review those people where misunderstood and jerks to the staff. If you treat them fine they will be amazing to you. Great for the beginner or the expert. Bruce and Eric helped me get into rode and cross racing.
Great Store are created by Great People....Eric (the owner) knows how to enroll Great People to work for him....This is the first time I have used Adventure Cycling.....but it will NOT be the last time...Thank you.....
