And what bothered me was that not only did they act like they were concerned---the only thing they were worried about was it NOT being under warranty...
Terrible business... They sold us a 2006 PT cruiser with the selling point being their 3000 mile warranty (or 3 month)... the owner--dave--- very well told us it then when I tried to buy the car, the wife tried to avoid issuing a warranty.... (they knew our circumstance that my car was broken down in Limon Colorado and I hitchhiked to get there) my wife and baby still in the hotel. I had to tell the wife to put the warranty on, that it was the selling point.
We love our new Dodge Ram truck. Julie and Dave were very nice. Paperwork was easy, quick, and no hassles. We look forward to do more business with them in the future.
Friendly service, knowledge staff. Dave is wonderful telling you about the vehicles and Julie is a dream to deal with for purchases.
These people have multiple rental properties, they have a very successful location (unfortunately for the unsuspecting customers)... and after I asked for them to just cover half (a whopping 100 bucks) and I would leave them a good review. They said H*LL NO.
Julie has the best attitude and so genuine. She didn't try selling me into a car I didn't want or couldn't afford. I was a first time buyer and she helped me get the best loan available to me so I could drive off in the car I wanted. She really worked with me and I appreciate her taking the time to do this and explain the process to me. I got a Jeep Wrangler and it has been one of the most dependable cars I've ever had. I feel like I got a great deal on it when comparing prices to other dealer's stock. I will be buying my next car only from A-1.
I had to stay in a motel for more days, spend money to get back to md then back track on a 300 dollar Grey hound.
Don't by from these frauds. They pretend to have your best interest in mind but they are peddling snake oil. If they walk on a new family for 100 bucks. Imagine what else they'd do to turn a buck. It's very sad. Dave even told me that the cam sensor was only 35 bucks and the auto shop said he's the kind of guy that just throws cheap parts in a car and back on the road. Terrible mindset!!!
And as soon as I got it off the lot, I got pulled over because a cop noticed the taillights were not working...
