I left feeling that they fixed my car and all was well. When I got home I realized that my floor mat in the back seat was sitting on back seat along with the panel that covered a compartment on the back passenger seat floor. I think there was a battery exposed there but I am not a car mechanic. There were still tools sitting on the floor of my back seat. I filled out two surveys that they sent to me and texted one of the service reps in hopes they could help me come to some resolution. Two weeks later after hearing nothing, today I called again and was assured that Justin would call me today. Um nope. I have heard nothing. I realize the credit card went through and so probably you don't care anymore about my situation. FYI future customers: go somewhere else.

Bought a 2017 Trax from them, and have my 15 Canyon work performed here. Great dealership. Always clean, lots of snacks and bottled water available.

A most pleasant and painless business transaction. All staff to include sales, general manager and finance very professional as well as personable. It was a very different experience than my last vehicle transaction two and half years ago at a different Chevrolet dealership. And the bonus was a vehicle with features and safety amenities I wanted at an excellent price. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
