People are rude and hang up on people when your trying to book or talk to customer service. Would not recommend coming here.
I rent multiple vehicles from them several times a year and have over the past 3 or 4 years. In all, I've probably rented 25 or so vans. Their service is always impeccable and I have never once had to wait for a vehicle. Both people who work the front desk are awesome. If they can manage my highly complex reservations without a hitch, a simple reservation will be a breeze. Their prices are the best in town, too.
Better quality than enterprise I've been renting vehicles to travel out of state for years. Same guy same great service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Allow me to enumerate why you should avoid this rental location like the plague. First you think you're saving money by renting off airport - you're not. They're going to slip a $30+ "airport recovery fee" on your bill. You'll bite the bullet and rent the car anyways cause you're already there and you don't really have any other option at that point. Well then you're going to walk over to your car to find it A) Dirty and B) Damaged. You'll say eh, whatever, it's a rental. Then you'll start to drive the car through the mountains of Colorado and as we all know you'll get some mist and gunk on your windshield- No big deal, except that's when you find out the windshield sprayer only dribbles out leaving you with less than 50% visibility. The icing on the plague cake will be when you get home to a voicemail from AVIS saying they'll be charging you for the damage you did to the car. You'll think that's odd...I didn't damage the car. Then you'll be forced into some ridiculous back and forth having to prove that you didn't damage the car. Just another reminder to take pictures/video of anything you rent cause companies like AVIS in Aurora Colorado will do just about anything they can to scam you out of a buck.
Staff are efficient and friendly. Use them anytime I need to rent a vehicle
