Pretty sad that locations like this put a stain on the name of an otherwise good company. Someone in upper management needs to seriously have their staff re-trained and be more transparent with their customers.
This is the first time I have ever had any issues with Enterprise and I've never had issues before when booking in Colorado. The quotes and rates have always been consistent when booking and upon receiving the final bill. The representative who attended me at signing could not explain the reasoning behind the additional charges and also claimed that this was a reoccurring issue with other customers. Transparency is key when doing business....
Friendly and helpful. They even called the day before to give us directions to their office. Uber to the airport was fast and easy too.
I have been a customer and used Enterprise for over 10 years, it is a good company, this location unfortunately is not and I have rented from several around the US and other countries. Trying to impose non disclosed fees is not the best way to treat customers, old or new. Airport fees that are not disclosed on the website (they are not at the airport) among other taxes that I have never heard of. I even called the location two weeks before my rental date to ask about pick-up service, which they said only within a two-mile radius and at no point during my conversation with them did they bring up any of this "mandated fees". If I would have known all of this I might as well just have rented from the airport.
I'm sorry I cannot give a higher rating, the manager and staff were great! So I give them a 5 rating but cannot give the company but 3. Working as fast as they could, but the cars were not available. We waited a full hour after our appointment time before we drove out of the parking lot. The car was great and we were given an upgrade but it was so high tech and the staff in a hurry so we didn't learn all we needed to know about how to use all the buttons. Dropping the car at a hotel near the airport was very convenient and their shuttle took us to the airport so this was great! We will however, continue to use Enterprise as this is our first experience of having to wait on the car so long.
I called the location today to ask about the additional charges, spoke to Zack who with his nonchalant attitude told me: "I am pretty sure all of this was explained to you and you did not seem to have a problem at the time of the rental" the funny thing is that he was not there the day I picked up my car, so they go by assumptions it looks like.
All the people did a great job. I would highly recommend this location. Very pleased. Tom
