I thought they were great! I called as a new patient, was seen within two business days, and everyone was very pleasant to deal with. I was scheduled for a cleaning on my first appointment, but received an exam and x-rays which took about 45 minutes; I’m assuming because I was a new patient. I rescheduled the cleaning for the next day and it went like clockwork. They did a great job cleaning and flossing. They explained additional procedures that weren’t covered by my insurance, of which I declined, but I never felt pressured. I highly recommend City Place.
These guys are the real deal. I went for a cleaning and laser gum treatment and immediately had great results. I have been to 3 dentists in Aurora, and City Place Modern is by far the best. The entire staff is always chipper and courteous. I recommend not wasting your time anywhere else. Will be going here for life!
I love Christina and Valerie. These 2 ladies are the best. They make me smile and laugh and give me the relief of anxiety when I go in there. My whole family goes there. Andrea is sweet and awesome to. She is very nice. Overall this place is highly recommended.
Dr. Chan was amazing. I have some anxiety when it comes to the dentist and thus haven't been in years. She was so patient and answered all my stupid questions. I didn't feel any pain. I was pretty concerned about being numbed to have a filling replaced. She was thoughtful enough to hide the needle from me so I barely saw it. And when she did inject the numbing agent I didn't feel a thing. The receptionist was so friendly and explained my payment and insurance details to me before we moved forward with any treatment. The dental hygienist and x-ray tech were also extremely friendly. I am very happy with the care and service I received there today! Thank you all!
