Top shelf. Good, knowledgeable, helpful people (at least in Geek Squad) which have dealt with the most. Got a new laptop PC from them a couple of months ago (pretty good deal) and this time was smart enough to get warranty plan. Would have been nice to have loaner laptop while mine was getting fixed (maybe this will get them to consider offering). Wouldn't hesitate to use/buy again from or recommend.
No one to assist properly. My credit card status says transaction is processed best buy people say authorization needed. They even sent email that order has been successfully placed and when I called to know the status, they told that order has been cancelled and that's also without even informing me issue.
Nice staff, just not enough staff to deal with the line of customers. Tyler was very nice and knowledgeable. I’d definitely return.
If you guys want to cancel order at least inform person issue related to it so that I can try to solve it.
