The service is excellent, they set me up with a phone that I love. And when it broke. There Black Tie Protection Plan swapped out out abd got me a new phone in a timely manner! :-)
HECTOR IS LITERALLY THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE.
We were there for almost 4 hours upgrading 2 cell phones. A really rough experience mostly because the manager Dre didn't take the time to help and support his new employee. I guess the cell phone business is so busy they don't need to bother with decent customer service.

Melissa did a fantastic job helping us, was very patient and understanding, was very pleased with her help, but will not be returning to this place.
Went in to pick up 2 of the new iPhone X that Melissa had ordered for us, walked around in the store, was gonna purchase an Apple Watch and also spotted few boxes of the Beats Studio3 wireless on a stand on SALE for $150.00 and obviously took a pair off the stand because of the awesome deal, we were told it was a black Friday deal. At check out time, turned out the Studio3's were not on sale and they were placed incorrectly on the rack by one of the employees, Melissa asked her GM to see if she could price match the headphones because THEY made the mistake of misplacing them, that was a NO. So we dropped the watch as well. We only ended up getting the X's because we had already paid for them.
