I thought I would give the store a chance even after all the bad reviews. Never again reviews are there for a reason and the bad service reviews are right on the ball. Wish I could remember the main 5 employees who I feel need to be retrained or let go, only meet 2 that were professional and polite. Reasons being, I never got a call when I placed the order or when my item arrived. After issues I called to let them know I would be returning it which they said was fine. But upon arrival the ladies there were rude and unwelcoming. I didn't receive any confirmation that I had returned the item. Then I get a call two days later saying I didn't make my payment and it's late. After explaining that I returned it and was told it was closed out, they said they would close out my account. Never again will I do business with this store or Aarons unless they retrain their employees.

I wanted to bring my account current and staff members were not helpful and just plain out rude. I asked to speak with the manger he was more pleasant, however after taking my payment he hung up on me with no confirmation or anything. I would never recommend this place. I’m also contacting district manger because something needs to change with this staff.

Horrible experience! Horrible customer service! But they will be out of business real soon! Delivered a used washer and dryer that barely works! Their workers who hooked it up! Didn't hook it up right! Flooded my entire kitchen floor to the basement! My floor is now ruined! They messed up my floor but want a payment!! Yeah right not until they do something about my damn floor they ruined

since I have not touched any of those connection before.

Horrible. Never again will I gwt furniture from here. They pre leased me a sectional. So one day I was laying on the couch and out of no where i started iching. So I called them and asked do this couch have bed bugs the GM tells me no and that they have their furniture inspected befrebit goes out so it might be the chemical that they spray on the furniture thats cause u to ich. So i said okay... Then i started breaking out with bad BITE marks. AND AS I LOOKED CLOSELY TO THE COUCH U CAN SEE LITTLE BUGS MOVING AROUND SMH. I HAVE IT ON VIDEO...I ONLY HAD THIS COUCH FOR A DAY AND I JUST MOVED INTO MY APT. Bad experience. Do not go here

but to no avail. Nothing happens. I'm not asking them for free service.
