Gary is a 5 star mechanic! He took care of my truck and found the best deal for me even though it was an insurance job. He is honest and if he would of ran for president i would have voted for him! Thank you Gary my truck is working awesome.
I called for a quote on getting my front end repaired, as I had it diagnosed by another mechanic, and the woman I talked to on the phone (Lori?) laughed at me and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about because I hesitated on my answer. Great customer service.
Gary has done an awesome job on our vehicles so far. He is always up front and honest about what the cars needs. Even though the news about our keep wasn't great, Gary made sure we had an actual answer on what was wrong instead of just telling us he thinks it's something. I needed a new engine and had a few questions but the lady (the wife of Gary) who answers the phone is not friendly at all so I decided to go some where else. If you can't handle customer service than don't work in customer service!! Pretty simple.
