It's hit or miss in terms of service.
Found the clothing I wanted (and unable to find elsewhere). Even got everything on special. The staff is always helpful and friendly
Would like consistent professional service. They are unable to walk and address a person st the same time.
First they forget to bag an item I bought in my bag, I go pick it up. Then one of the items I bought still had the sensor thing on and now i have to go back again. Worst Kohls I've ever been to.!
The changing rooms were so cluttered with clothes there was no where for me to put the clothes I was trying on.
I am normally very happy with Kohl's but I had a negative experience today at the Aurora West store. The service associate was not very helpful and gave me the runaround. A quick call to corporate fixed the issue but now I have to run back out to the store. Other than that I think Kohl's is a great store and company.
