Prices were great. Everything neat and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had a good experience even though Sears is getting an unfairly bad rap. I'd highly recommend.
The Craftsman tool selection is abysmal. Trying to swap out a broken screw driver is impossible because they don't want to carry any tools. The screwdrivers have been on backorder for over a month. What's the point of coming into a store if they don't want to carry anything I'll just have to order it all online. It really makes me question whether or not Craftsman tools are worth it anymore.
Tried calling Merchandise pickup for 3 hours now. Got 1 person in children's clothing!? Said she would page someone. She hung up on me!!! This store and all Sears are worthless. Not sure why they exist!
Matthew in the tool section was super helpful, friendly and very professional. He answered all my questions. I read the bad reviews, but I received great service here.
I had purchased a refrigerator in September that was supposed to be delivered two weeks later. They delayed various times. I was tired of living without one so when they tried to delay once again in November I had it. They finally agreed to deliver it and then I get a call the day of, and tell me that they don't have anybody to deliver the refrigerator. Once again they agreed to deliver that evening and actually deliver. A day after they deliver, I receive a call from them and now they are saying that I need to return the fridge because they cancelled my order!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous. Unbelievable!!!!!!!! The only positive to this situation is that I will never have to deal with them ever again. And I definitely will not be purchasing anything from them again.
