I came here with my boyfriend yesterday because he wanted to buy a new watch and I was very impressed with the genuine friendliness and attentiveness of Valerie in Fine Jewelry. She took her time going through numerous watches with him and even gave a brief overview of the histories of the different companies. It started to get close to closing time as we began to close the sale and Valerie was still very welcoming and did not rush at all. He is very satisfied with his watch and the service we received was much above average. We will definitely be back to this Macy's location.
It's always a good experience. Not too many people at registers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sale prices on quality merchandise is affordable. One of the few places I shop.
I was very disappointed in the quality of customer service I received when trying to make a return. Given that Macy's may be the next big company swallowed up by Amazon, it might be worth Macy's time to review the training they provide their employees.
I ordered a couple blouses on line, and when I was picking them up, the sales lady suggested I look upstairs for a good deal on similar items. I was happy to find even better deals on more items. I am grateful for her suggestion!
The young girl behind the counter was helpful. She rang up my items and it did not show the sale price. She kindly asked if I would show her where I got them. I did and yes they were on sale. She didn't make me feel like I was lying. Thank you.
