Always have stocked inventory on hard to find hardware and plumbing parts...and they know where it is! Depot is closer to me but I end up going here every time anyway after wasting a trip to the half empty hardware drawers at Home Depot.
Don't bother to get locksmith work done here. My husband took several locks in to get re-keyed. One of the deadbolts they screwed up so bad, we had to buy a new one, but they were nice enough not to charge us for the lock change of the one they messed up. How generous! What they should have done was compensate us for the one we had to purchase.
