Bad customer service from the manager and customer service desk. I went in to buy some for my company with my company card. It's the only company that won't let you run a credit from a chipped card. I went to home depot and no problem. Also I had to walk to where the manager was and I have a hard time walking, instead of him coming up front.
Lowe's is a bit more upscale than some home improvement centers, and a bit pricier it seems. Staff seem few when you are searching for your needs. Friendly, helpful and courtious when you do find someone.
Use to love the service at Lowe's, but it has seriously gone down hill. I think the manager, Charlie, was the only one working and trying to help everyone. Today, Saturday, had to wait over twenty minutes for paint- this was a repurchase, so I had the numbers and brand, etc. Was going to buy more, but was over it. Went to Walmart and got exactly what I needed, with assistance, how sad is that?
Understaffed with poor customer service. I can’t wait 30 minutes to have someone help with the panel saw. Hire more people or I will continue to shop somewhere else.
Always find more than I went for! Very pleasant staff and reliable merchandise. I love Lowe's!!!
