Bought a washer and dryer. The dryer lasted a week and a half, the washer lasted about four weeks. after multiple ordeals and my third trip back to replace the washing machine I came home with a new washer only to open it and find that someone had rammed into it with a forklift. I will never ever shop here again... starting after I go back to the store and get a third washing machine. Or maybe they could just bring it to me so I don't have to go back-and-forth time.
Great place with personal help I picked up a piece of plywood today and they carried it out to my truck for me
Went to get some turf for our balcony. Had the funniest and best employees. They had a banter going on and it was just hallarious. Also they let me bring my dog in here. Just a great place. On top of everything we got a discount cause the turf we got had a little corner (we were gonna cut off anyway) was damaged.
After ordering online, I did not receive an online confirmation for my grill. I then called the next day to make sure my order worked, and they said it would be a few days before the assembly could be done. I then told them there was no need for that, I would just come get one in the box. They said that would be fine. When I arrived the next day, they aparently sold the grill they pulled for me and had no more in stock. I called 3 times earlier that day and not once did they inform me they were out. I had to drive to another home depot with my 5 kids to get another grill. It was the floor display, but it was all they had left.
With this store there always a lot of knowledgeable staff on hand service is great I'm a handyman and I'm in there always 2 times a week
