Apparently after the sale has been made, you don't matter- I went in today and waited 30 minutes just for someone to look in my direction to pick up my ring which I was excited for! Needless to say it's sucked the wind out of my sails the reason why they have a mediocre rating is because they do not focus on anything but a sale when there are other customers present! Moral of the story is I didn't pick my ring up today and I live halfway across town by the time I pick my ring up I can guarantee I will no longer be making any referrals there I am so frustrated beyond words! I have had the most incredible experience in getting our wedding rings at Jared. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They took care of my every need and let me try on dozens of rings while making the day memorable and fun. I saw the ring online and they found it for me easily. Love this store. Thank you so much.

Always feel at home when I walk into this store! I am greeted immediately and asked if I want water, coffee or tea as soon as I am greeted. I was in to have a diamond replaced on one of the many rings that I have purchased from Jared. I always know that I will get my ring back in a timely fashion and they make me feel like it was the biggest priority they have had all day! Thank you all so very much for taking such good care of me!
