CUSTOMER BEWARE THEY TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME TWICE ON THE SAME PURCHASE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND THEY TALK DOWN TO YOU LIKE YOUR THE BAD PERSON. PLEASE DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
I can never remember the woman's name who always helps me but her and the rest of the staff is always very kind to me & patient. I go into this location every time I make a payment or have any questions and they greet me with a smile and know me by name ever time I come in! I would highly recommend this location and it is also super convenient because it's inside a mall!
Simply amazing. I'm really cautious when spending a huge amount of money. Every one was so helpful and understanding of my needs. I never felt pressured not once. Great customer service. Amazingly comfortable personalities. I would recommend this location to anyone.
We went to the store to pick out engagement and wedding rings and had a great experience. We were helped immediately and felt comfortable to pick and choose different rings to try on. Our consultant was open and friendly as well as fantastic at offering suggestions based off of my reactions to different style rings. We left the store extremely happy!
Great experience. The manager of this location, Janeen, was absolutely wonderful and Extremely helpful! Went above and beyond customer service expectations. Such a warm and friendly environment. Not at all harassing, pushy or pounce on you as soon as you wake in.
