We are writing to give kudos to two of the movers who came to our home in Castle Rock, CO to deliver a treadmill (downstairs basement). The men were professional and knew what they were doing as they had several corners and two sets of stairs to maneuver to get to the basement. They took their time and successfully got the treadmill in place in the basement with no bumps or scratches along the way. Not only did they hook it up but they made sure it was working and answered some of our questions. We will absolutely recommend Affordable Moving to our friends. Thank you Affordable Moving.
The first time we set an appointment was a couple months in advance. We were moving downtown Denver about seven blocks to another apartment building. The origin and destination were both covered. It was snowing, but the roads were salted and safe. They cancelled the within one hour of the appointment time.

I had a very good experience with Affordable. When I called I was able to speak with a representative right away. I was able to pick a move on the day I wanted at a good time. The representative explained the prices and the best options for me. On the day I moved, Matt and Carlos came within the quoted time. They were careful to wrap the items carefully and work efficiently. I didn't have to babysit them to make sure they were careful with the fragile items. They delivered my items at the location and unloaded them carefully and quickly. The price I paid was what I was originally quoted, no surprises or extra fees. The men were professional, efficient, and worked hard. I had a very good experience. I feel confident in choosing this company again in the future.
Highly, highly recommend!!! Affordable Moving & Storage stored our belongings for 6 months until our new build was completed last week. When moving out of our home in May the booking process was quick and easy. The proper amount of trucks and men came out based on the information I gave them over the phone about my home. I felt the gentleman that booked my move was very helpful and experienced. We had nerves about having our items in storage for a long period of time and coming into a brand new home but we were VERY pleased with the service. The movers we professional, efficient, and came prepared. They were extremely careful with our brand new floors and walls. The movers were on time and were on the clock for exactly the duration of what I was told. They made our moving process a lot smoother than expected. We will be spreading a good word. Very impressed!!!

Communication is the worst when it comes to delivering the merchandise ... No one is on the same page.. Very nice and courteous when it comes to taking money for merchandise ..They gave me a date when they would delivery and they said they would call the day begins delivery with a window ... No call I have no clue when they are coming .. So I called to ask what's going on and now no one knows.. NEVER AGAIN!! So we decided to pick up our own furniture

The second time was very recent. Since we made the appointment 6 months in advance, we wanted to check-in the week before the appointment. They never answered the phone and never returned our calls. Since they'd cancelled the previous time without warning, we were panicking a bit. When you are moving, you have a mostly inflexible timeline of when things are put in place. They broke so many dishes. We had a lamp that was durable, but you could damage it if you punctured it (as with any lamp). We asked them to be careful with it, and they said they could not be held responsible for what they move. We found that they put the lamp between very heavy things, and of course, it was damaged. They scratched and dented most of anything. In the mid-move at the destination, one of the movers sat on the phone for 45 minutes with the office straightening out paperwork that had nothing to do with us. It was a check-in about their previous week's jobs.
