If you like your hard earned money, take your children elsewhere. I will not be returning here and will drive out of state if I have to, to avoid coming here again.
Horrible! This place is like your average Veterans hospital today. Dirty, old and dated equipment, information systems which put the patients at higher risk, and it's basically a financial racket like a casino where the house always wins. If you love your child do not let them go here. They admitted and released my daughter 3 times within 4 days and did not give her any medication until the final departure. The advocate team is going to comment, but their side of the house is just as bad. The only thing they do is try to get rid of you and sweep things under the mat. We have several complaints documented against multiple departments within this malpractice saga over the last month, and none of our efforts or concerns have been properly addressed. If this is really happening to others as it seems it must, then it's time to band together and put a stop to this illegal nonsense of a company who is using the name of their business to lure in and take advantage of sick children.
Completely disappointed in this hospital. It's one failure after another, each costing more money, time, and hope. Our most recent trip was our worst and last. Rocky Mountain has their own issues... but hopefully not this awful.
The Doctor visit for my son was fine, but the after visit customer service has been abysmal. I have received three bills from them, all different and no one seems to do anything about it. They say they don’t have insurance information, yet I checked in and payed my copay. Clowns could run the billing department better.
The doctor shoved my son and I was told nothing would be done to the doctor. Neil Desi. I will never bring my children to this emergency room again. I already spoke with them. They work for the hospital so they get paid to represent the hospital. Nothing is being done about Dr Desi behavior. Your handling the situation is a joke.
My daughter had her tonsils out here. The anesthesiologist lied to me about his experience level. When I accompanied my daughter into the OR it was easy to tell that he had very little experience. He didn't even know how to place a mask on my daughter's face without help. I placed a complaint and all that happened was the doctors involved lied to cover their ass. The hospital told me there was nothing else they could do. If I can't trust a doctor to be honest with me, how can I expect them to take proper care of my daughter when I'm not in the room. Also, if they can't take responsibility for their mistakes and they choose to lie to cover them, I don't want them near my daughter. I will never be going to Childrens again.
