1. The "Eye Room" was FILTHY
HORRIFIC from the second we entered the front door and interrupted their fun.
The reason I feel ok giving them even one star is that the procedure itself was fine. Their billing is where it all goes wrong. I had an IUD placed here(with an in network provider) a year ago. It is a procedure that is 100% covered by my insurance but I am now in collections with 2 separate bills in 2 different agencies for the same date of service. I have been fighting with them the whole time. It seems that the coding is why it isn't covered but you can't speak directly to coding. I recently called the doctor's office manager. She told me that she found something off in the notes and she would try to get everything figured out for me. Yesterday one of the collections companies called and told me that they had now doubled the bill. No one can explain why this is all happening and how it is legal and/or ethical.
no one helped. Every staff member seemed to be not listening and or very busy. They wait and take forever. the place is run down and just terrible.Full of incompetent people that DONT want their fun ruined. The staff leaning around talking to each other instead of helping the Patients I personally am a doctor and this.is. Just..disgraceful and not in the right at all!
It seems that they are hoping that I'll just give up and pay it. That won't be happening.
4. Person who did daughter's IV never gave us her name or title and left blood covering the torn up arm of the chair
Very nice hotel some staff are great but most are snotty and unethical. Been in transferred from another ER for surgery my hospital can’t perform I been sitting in here for 3 days keep getting bumped from having to get placed for my surgery procedure. Sucking th money billing my insurance. All bout making that $$$$. You call for a nurse and it takes 30 min before any one shows up to your room the longest I waited was an hour! Like your not important! 11pm IV going off cause it’s completed waking me up beeping like crazy but they don’t care cause it’s not bothering their sleep! And then they come in and look at you like your inconveniencing their life! Seeing this I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here if their life depended on it!
This place is a disgrace.
This hospital is the worse! My mother came here because she had a fall and she was in pain. When she was brought here she was coherent and talking just fine well the next day she was found in her room unresponsive. Well it turns out that they had over medicated her with pain medication which was the reason for the unresponsiveness. They overdosed her and almost killed her. The kicker to that is that they tried to make it seem like she did it to herself. They better be lucky that they figured it out, reversed it and they finally took responsibility for it. This would have been a major lawsuit!!!! The staff can be extremely rude as well. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else PLEASE!
3. TV going
2. No hand soap in the room
5. Staff was laughing loudly, clapping - so unprofessional
6. The medicine my daughter needed should have been in that room. After 1 hour we still didn't have it.
