My child has been seen in the children's pulmonary clinic for 6 years of her life and in the last year she has been so much better and had to do lower dosages for her... it's been 1 year since a visit and she's out of medicine, I call for a refill while we have to wait until Oct 16th and NO REFILL until she's seen??" Take her to her regular doctor "they say when I finally got a call back 5 and a half hours later... well I could have done that at 8 am when I called you to begin with... oh and I was hung up on 3 times when trying to get a appointment and talk to the nurse this morining... NONE OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN 7 YEARS FROM THIS PLACE... I'M SWITCHING HER PULMONARY CLINIC NOW!!!
